SIMPLICITY & ELEGANCE - UNIPESSOAL, LDA owns the FERRERA JEWELS brand and it has a wide range of goldsmith, jewellery and Watchmaking products for its customers, namely rings, wedding rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches and others, through the website www.ferrerajewels.pt.
SIMPLICITY & ELEGANCE - UNIPESSOAL, LDA reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions. Prices and promotions are valid for the period indicated in the promotional campaign, except for spelling and photography errors, stock breakage and/or synchronization of computer systems.

All the content of the website www.ferrerajewels.pt (logos, texts, images, videos, etc.) is owned by SIMPLICITY & ELEGANCE - UNIPESSOAL, LDA. The partial or total reproduction of the content through any procedure and on any medium is subject to a prior and express authorization of the company.
The customer may save, print or display the contents of this website only for their personal use. Publication, manipulation, distribution or reproduction, in any format, of any content of this site, is forbidden, alike the connection of it to any business or company.
Product Information
We strictly follow all necessary procedures to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of the products presented on the website are correct. However, there may be situations where product information, including prices and promotions, have not been properly published. In these cases, we reserve the right not to process orders that include these products. Orders may also not be shipped for other reasons, such as: out-of-stock product; inability to obtain payment authorization; order deemed fraudulent.

Price Policy
All prices indicated on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Payments are always made in Euro.
Some banks may charge exchange rates. FERRERA JEWELS is totally oblivious to this fact and assumes no responsibility for it.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, with the exception of ongoing transactions.
All our products are shipped from Portugal. Thus, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to a customs duty at the entrance of the country of destination. The payment of this fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Deliveries
FERRERA JEWELS is not responsible for delays or breaches of contract for reasons of force majeure, such as disruption and/or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport or communication.
All shipments, regardless of the shipping method chosen and the shipping provider, have a tracking number.
FERRERA JEWELS ships its products in partnership with CTT, and delivery times vary according to region.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, since a signature of the person who received the package is always required.
Undelivered Orders
If the delivery is not made for reasons of customs taxation outside the European Union or because the customer provides the incomplete address, FERRERA JEWELS reserves the right to charge an administrative fee:
– Orders under €60 - A value of €12 will be deducted
– Orders over €60 - A value of €24 will be deducted
If the customer wishes to reship the order, he will have to pay the costs mentioned in the table above. The exception is Portugal, where the re-shipping cost will be €5.
Return and Refund
EASY RETURNS - 30 days.
Without justification, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return, following the steps mentioned in MY ACCOUNT.
REPLACEMENTS/RETURNS OF MODIFIED/ENGRAVED ARTICLES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
The right of free resolution — a right also harmonised in the Directive — is equally regulated in distance and off-premises contracts, and such right can be exercised within a period of 14 natural days.

We accept returns of new products, complete and in the original packaging of the product, which should not be damaged, altered or erased. If we receive returns that do not meet the conditions above, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. The cost of returning the products is borne by the user, with the exception of defective products.
After examining the product, you will be informed about the right of refund concerning the amounts paid.
The REFUND can be made via bank transfer to the indicated IBAN or through a discount coupon, which has a validity of 3 months from the date of its issuance. After this deadline, there will be no further reimbursement. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
The supplier of the good is not obliged to reimburse additional delivery costs when the consumer expressly requests a different and more costly mode of delivery than the commonly accepted and less costly mode proposed by the supplier of the good.

In the case of INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, customs services might open the packaging for verification and eventual taxation. In this case, the product may arrive at the customer's home with indications of the transport packaging having been opened. The customer must carefully verify, upon receipt, that their product complies with the order and without evidence of having been used.
When making the return, in the field of observations on the form of the post office, you must write: "This shipment is a return related to an online purchase on www.ferrerajewels.pt, so it should not be subject to taxation." This reference is essential so that the shipment is not taxed when arriving in Portugal.
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS outside the European Union, we will not refund shipping costs or fees associated with the payment method, any shipping costs associated with the return process will also be deducted. Any fees applied by customs or the post office of the country of destination will be borne by the customer.
If the product is electable for REPLACEMENT or RETURN, FERRERA JEWELS will send the customer a new product or return the amount paid no later than 14 days from the date of arrival of the returned product.
In case of cancellation of the order, we will return the amount paid; if the reason is a defect of the product, or damage in the transport, we will provide a replacement.
Shipping COSTS for replacements or returns without confirmation of defects are the responsibility of the consumer. The replacement requested for defect or damage occurred in the transport will be the responsibility of FERRERA JEWELS.
Orders returned outside the European Union that are not the responsibility of FERRERA JEWELS (whether for lack of collection at the post office, for non-payment of fees associated with the shipment or for incomplete address) will be charged a fee of €5.
After-Sales Service and Warranty
All items sold in FERRERA JEWELS stores from 01-01-2022 are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, for 3 years, guaranteed by the respective brands.
Materials subject to deterioration, oxidation, loss or misplacement, defects caused by blows, improper use, improper conservation and cleaning, negligence, improper handling, modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents or normal wear and tear are excluded fro m the warranty.
After the expiry of the guarantee, FERRERA JEWELS also provides technical assistance.
In the case of defective or damaged products, send us your article together with the Invoice, by post, to Urbanização Pinhais Bastos - Rua I, 17, 4430-674 Avintes (Portugal).
If the repair of your products involves costs for you (above €10), such repair will only be started after your approval of the budget.
Suggestions and Complaints
The opinion of our customers is very important to us, as it allows us to improve the services we provide. So, if you have any suggestions or complaints, send a message to Customer Support at geral@ferrerajewels.pt. geral@ferrerajewels.pt.
However, the opinions published by FERRERA JEWELS users are supervised and moderated by the commercial team. Whenever a text sent violates the law and ethics (abusive advertising, defamatory purposes, comments out of context, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse it.
Online Dispute Resolution
For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the court of the domicile of SIMPLICITY & ELEGANCE - UNIPESSOAL, LDA - FERRERA JEWELS shall have jurisdiction.
NOTICE TO THE CONSUMER
In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, 2015, we have disclosed all Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities that can be contacted in case of conflict, when purchasing a product included in this website.
It should be noted that, when necessary, this solution is usually faster compared to the judicial route, and it also requires less protocol and is less expensive.
